1. General Terms
Dapita Travel ("Dapita", "we", "us") operates eSIM connectivity and travel information services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.
2. Terms of Use of Our Services
Your Device
You must use an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device to use our eSIM services. You are responsible for:
- Verifying device compatibility before purchase
- Device settings and configuration
- Operating system updates
- Ensuring device is unlocked for international roaming
Account
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for security reasons or policy breaches
Fair Use
Partner network policies and reasonable use apply to all data plans. See Acceptable Use Policy below for details.
Service Availability
While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Network coverage depends on local carrier infrastructure and may vary by location.
3. Delivery & Activation (eSIM)
Issuance
eSIM delivery is digital and instant:
- QR code and activation details appear on-screen after successful payment
- Email sent to your registered address with installation instructions
- Available in your account dashboard under "My Orders"
Delivery Time
- Standard: Instant delivery (within seconds)
- Delayed: Up to 15 minutes in rare cases due to provider processing
- If not received within 15 minutes, contact support immediately
Installation & Activation
- Follow provided step-by-step installation guidance
- Activation begins after installing the eSIM profile
- First connection must occur in a supported country
- Important: The eSIM is deemed used once installed on a device
Coverage
Coverage depends on your chosen plan. You must verify supported countries before purchase. We are not responsible for network coverage gaps or restrictions in specific regions.
Support
First response within 24–48 business hours. For urgent issues, include "URGENT" in email subject.

4. Payments & Taxes
Payment Processor
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Accepted methods include:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) where available
- Local payment methods based on your region
Payment Security
- We do not store full payment credentials on our servers
- All transactions encrypted with SSL/TLS
- PCI DSS compliant via Stripe
Prices & Taxes
All prices include applicable taxes. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
- UK customers: Prices include 20% VAT where applicable
- EU customers: VAT rate depends on your country
- Non-EU customers: No VAT charged

5. Refund Policy
Eligibility
Refunds available for eSIM that has NOT been installed or activated. Once installed, the eSIM is considered used and cannot be refunded.
Return Period
You have 30 days from purchase date to request a refund for uninstalled eSIM.
How to Request a Refund
Option 1: Log in to your account → My Orders → select order → click Request Return
Option 2: Email support@dapita.travel with order number and confirmation that eSIM is not installed
Refund Amount
- 100% of purchase price
- No restocking fees
- No administrative fees
- No deductions
Processing Time
- Verification: 24-48 business hours
- Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
- Bank posting: Additional 3-5 business days
No Refund Scenarios
- After eSIM installation or activation
- Device incompatibility (your responsibility to verify)
- Roaming restrictions not checked before purchase
- User error (wrong country, incorrect device)
- Requests made after 30-day period
Technical Issues
If a Dapita error prevents service use and we cannot restore access within 10 days after your request, you may choose replacement or refund of unused portion. Requests must include troubleshooting information and be submitted within 30 days of the issue.

6. Acceptable Use Policy
General Rules
- Minimum age: 13 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
- No resale or commercial redistribution of services
- No sharing credentials or unauthorized access
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Activities
You must not use our Services for:
- Illegal activities, fraud, or criminal conduct
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech
- Network abuse or excessive usage that degrades service
- Malware distribution or hacking attempts
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Automated scraping or data harvesting
- Spamming or unsolicited commercial messages
Account Security
- Keep credentials secure and confidential
- Change passwords immediately if compromised
- Do not share account access with third parties
Consequences
Violation of this policy may result in:
- Immediate service suspension
- Account termination without refund
- Legal action where appropriate

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service (maximum USD 100.00)
- This does not limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other non-excludable liability
Warranties
Services provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific network speeds or coverage
- Compatibility with all devices
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Dapita against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of Services.
Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains in full effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dapita regarding the Services.
